An all-suite boutique hotel in Palermo Hollywood, the Fierro Hotel is a cool and modern property in one of the best areas for nightlife in Buenos Aires. At a similar price level to the Mine Hotel in Palermo Soho, it has bigger guest rooms and caters to a slightly younger clientele. Food and wine enthusiasts’ will like the well-stocked wine cellar and bar and stylish restaurant “Uco”.

Located in the Palermo Hollywood district of the city the hotel is within walking distance of plenty of very good restaurants for the evenings and is only a fifteen-minute walk from the cafés and boutiques of Palermo Soho.

One of the main features of the Fierro Hotel is the generous size of the rooms. All 27 are suites and come with large king-size or twin beds and a sofa area. Decorated in the same black and red colour scheme as the rest of the hotel, the design is modern and minimalist with large windows facing the street or the patio at the back of the hotel.

The ground floor of the hotel is reserved for the hotel’s restaurant and bar area, which is open to the public. At the back of the hotel is a shady terrace and garden with big sofas to relax in after a busy day of exploring Buenos Aires. The top floor of the hotel has a small plunge pool and sauna.

Service at the hotel is informal but attentive, with staff more than willing to offer recommendations on what and where to visit while in the city. Other features include a partnership with a local gym for guests to use free of charge, free bottles of water in the room that are replaced daily and coffee makers in every room.

Spacious suites, excellent restaurant

Not a negative point but something to bear in mind – it’s aimed at a younger clientele
