Just a 7 minute drive or taxi-ride from the centre of Puno, the hotel is located outside of town in the same area as the Libertador and the Sonesta hotels. Positioned right next to the Lake, the hotel has its own private port and stunning views, which are especially spectacular when seen from the hotel’s sunny outdoor terrace.

The hotel is made up of 45 rooms and suites with a mixture of mountain and lake views. Rooms are simply decorated but come with lots of modern features, including cable TV, heating, coffee makers and oxygen upon request. The best of the Lake View Rooms come with private balconies, while the suites are more spacious and have a separate living area with a wood burning fire and large bathtubs.

Facilities at the hotel include a welcoming lobby and reception area, with sofas and a well-stocked refrigerator-bar, where guests are invited to sit and relax in the evenings. The hotel’s restaurant serving local Andean specialities is located on the floor below and is reached by walking through the hotel’s outdoor terrace. At night, open fires are lit in the lobby and restaurant, helping to contribute to the cosy and relaxed feel of the place.
