Review

The Lot Boutique Hotel is a charming 8-room boutique hotel in a converted townhouse in Miraflores. Rooms at the hotel are simple and modern, while the quiet internal courtyard provides some welcome tranquility from the busy streets of Lima. With warm and friendly service to boot, this hotel is a an inexpensive base for exploring the capital.

Located on a residential street in the upmarket district of Miraflores, the hotel is halfway between the Parque del Amor and the Malecón on the coast and the Parque Kennedy in the centre of Miraflores. The hotel is well-located for exploring the city and enjoying some of the best bars and restaurants that Lima has to offer.

The hotel is set within a converted townhouse, with the reception, seating area and internal courtyard occupying the ground floor and the guest rooms spread out across the first floor. The hotel has a small and homely feel and there is even an upstairs terrace with a sofa and chairs to relax in.
Rooms are simple but tastefully decorated with white walls, wooden floors and modern furniture. They are set up as double rooms but can also be converted into twin rooms if requested. All come with air conditioning, wifi and satellite TVs.

We really liked the small and friendly feel of this hotel, with its pretty internal courtyard where breakfast and afternoon tea is served on sunny days and its welcoming owner who is usually on site to talk to guests and offer advice on what to do and where to visit. For us, this is a great option for those wanting a comfortable, conveniently-located base from which to explore the city.

Great service and inexpensive.

For some the lack of facilities may be an issue.
